Individual Yoga Instruction
For students who are new to yoga, want to deepen their practice or want
to begin a home practice. Individual instruction is given with attention
to alignment and the prevention of injury.
Semi-Private Yoga Classes
Semi-Private classes are available for up to 3 people. Classes are
taught in a traditional hatha yoga style and include 4 limbs of Raja Yoga: Asana
(Postures), Pranayama (Breath Control), Dharana (Concentration), Dhyana
(Meditation).
