Yin Yoga
Energetically yoga
is of two forms: Yin and Yoga. Yin being
the softer, slower, deeper form that
focues on the ligments and large joints.
Yang is a faster, hotter form of yoga
that lengthens the muscles. This class
is a a gentle, mindful flow class led by
the breath, that blend asana and
meditation to open the body and calm the
nervous system.
